Spirit Program (2024)

The Illinois Jaycees Spirit Program (2024) consists of Whampa Sticks and Chapter Flags. Whampa Sticks are given out at GAs and each chapter has a flag to decorate as they see fit! Whampa Sticks are awarded based on POC Points.

Project Management Guide
(PMG)

A PMG, or Project Management Guide, is a tool that chapters use to run projects. This guide should have every detail needed to run a project. To propose a project to the chapter, an initial PMG is submitted for approval.  An initial PMG consists of parts 1-7. Upon approval, funds can be spent. A final PMG is turned in within 90 days of a project's completion, and includes sections 1-11.

PMGs are a great way to retain history, information, and critical points of contacts for a project. It should lay everything out and serve as directions for you and future chairpersons.

PMGs are submitted to state for POC points as well as award consideration

You can also submit your PMG to PMG@iljaycees.org. For questions, email PMG PM Austin Harris at austin.harris@iljaycees.org.
